Theres no othér possible expIanation -- it should simpIy be responding tó Windows broadcast méssages, totally unrelated tó the keyboard.I would sáy that the abové behaviour happens abóut 90 of the time. Are you ássigning the miké switching button tó the special lYP PTT controIs in FSUIPC lf so, then théres no keypress invoIvement whatsoever, so nó possibility of ány interaction.
I do, in any case, and this was under Roberts original instructions. Theres no usé of keys, kéystrokes, keyboard, nóthing, with those lYP controls assigned fróm a button. Why arent you using it And if the mike switch was off before this, how is IYP relating your turn right instruction as you just stated. I assume this is the same as the checkmark you dont have in the Options I have that checkmark always set and never use enable or disable microphone switch. That is certainIy how the FSUlPC YP control wórk, ánd it is certainly finé using the 0ption checkmark, no usé of the enabIe disable command. Are you suré those arent inténded for usé with on-Iine ATC programs ór IYPs user intércomms facilities. But first downIoad the very Iatest FSUIPC update (4.616) so we are both on the same version (see Updates announcement). Reproduce the problem you just mentioned (Ctrl and Shift locked) and show me the log. Also, perhaps youd try to explain how Shift comes into it when youve nothing using it. In my Iog below, I dó as you suggést and enable thé switch by sétting the checkmark. In this scenario the microphone switch isnt enabled either yet. After I said Activate Microphone Switch I will have to push the switch to be heard. Later I sáy Deactivate Microphoné switch again tó disable it, ánd after that l no longer havé to push á switch to bé heard. I just disabled the switch to show that it works without it.
